RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return any jewellery item please contact us by e-mail at sales@finecraftjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt and we will assist with the necessary arrangements and purchase refund. Any returned items must be unworn, undamaged and retained in their original presentation box and packaging. All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. All assessments can take up to 10 days to be processed.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or worn items.

  • Item received back after 30 days from the date the item is delivered.

  • Certain items come with a coded security tag which needs to be intact. Breaking this tag will void your returns right. This is applicable only if your item came with a security tag (we are internally aware of the items that are sent with / without the security tag).

  • Resized items; either by Finecraft or another jeweller.

  • Engraved products; either by Finecraft or another jeweller.

  • Wedding bands with a finishing touch / pattern

  • Bespoke designed items.

  • Any diamond fallen from the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. It is recommended getting the jewellery insured.

Every item has to be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured to our address:

Finecraft, 9 Queens Road, Watford, WD17 2LH

Please DO NOT write Diamonds or Jewellery on the returns package, only write Finecraft

Drop off & Collection

If it's easier, you can personally drop off your ring at our store in Hatton Garden

 

DELIVERY

Delivery will be within 48 hours of payment received if the item is in stock. If it is not in stock, delivery can take 3 - 5 weeks. We will keep you informed of delivery times.

All our jewellery is designed in our workshop and 100 % UK made. We want you to be entirely satisfied with both our service and our jewellery. If for any reason you are not happy with either then please contact us so we may offer help and guidance to remedy any concern.
